1. Overview

This Privacy Policy explains how Special Dates Reminder, developed by DurCorps, handles data in the mobile application and on this website.

2. Data handled in the app

• People and special dates: names, optional phone numbers, notes, dates and preferences are primarily stored on the device.
• Contacts: the system contact picker is used so the app can import only the contact explicitly selected by the user rather than uploading an address book.
• Photos: a selected contact photo may be copied to the app's local storage for use inside the app.
• Reminder settings: notification settings required for reminders are stored on the device.

3. Advertising and consent

The free version may display Google AdMob ads. Depending on region and consent status, privacy choices may be requested through Google User Messaging Platform (UMP). Google may process advertising identifiers, approximate location inferred from IP address, app interactions, diagnostic information and technical device data under its own policies.

4. Premium purchases

Yearly and lifetime Premium purchases are processed through Google Play Billing. Payment-card details are not stored by the app.

5. Backups

Users can export and restore app data. The location and sharing of exported backup files remain under the user's control.

6. Website

This website is delivered without analytics or advertising tracking scripts. The hosting provider may retain standard access and security logs.

7. Children

The app is not specifically directed at children. Advertising privacy choices follow UMP and Google Play requirements.
