Special Dates Reminder is a mobile application developed by DurCorps.
1. Service
Special Dates Reminder provides special-date tracking, reminders, people management, ready messages, visual-card sharing and Premium features.
2. User responsibility
Users are responsible for ensuring the contact information and messages they add or share comply with applicable law and third-party rights.
3. Notifications
Android manufacturer battery restrictions may affect notification delivery on some devices. The app provides the relevant permission and settings controls, but delivery cannot be guaranteed in every device configuration.
4. Premium
Yearly subscriptions and lifetime purchases are supplied through Google Play. Price, tax, renewal, cancellation and refund handling are managed through Google Play.
5. Advertising
The free version may contain ads. In-app ads are removed while Premium entitlement is active.
6. Intellectual property
The application brand, software, interface and original bundled content belong to their respective rights holders. Personal content created by users remains theirs.
7. Limitation
The app is a convenience reminder tool and should not be relied on as the sole system for critical health, legal, safety or financial deadlines.
8. Changes
